BeyondTrust Remote Support is used by ICT to assist College staff and students with technical issues directly on their computer. Using a secure connection, we can troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time without having to physically visit you.
To begin your support session, enter the Session Key given to you by ICT below, then click Submit. Your browser will prompt you to download and run a small application, then you'll see a chat window, where you accept the request to share your screen.
